- The licence each trade's jobs need: auto-assign only picks someone who holds it, and a manual pick shows a warning
- Certificates for electrical, plumbing and gas work, with the trade's licence on file in Settings
Questions
- Do I need a separate workspace for each trade?
- No. Pick a main trade and add the others in Settings. Each trade you add brings its own starter job types and checklists into the same workspace.
- How does Taskr keep the wrong person off a licensed job?
- A job's trade decides the licence it needs. Auto-assign only picks a team member with that licence on file. If you assign someone by hand who doesn't hold it, Taskr warns you.
- Can I add a trade later?
- Yes. Add or remove a trade in Settings at any time. Removing one hides it; nothing is deleted.
