What are the gaps in your workflow costing?
Put a working number around missed jobs, quote follow-up and manual admin. Change every assumption to match a normal month in your business.
Your working assumptions
Use a typical month, not your worst month.
What to inspect next
How the estimate works
Monthly missed-job exposure is the number of missed jobs multiplied by their average value. Quote exposure uses only the share you believe a consistent follow-up process could reasonably recover.
Avoidable admin cost converts weekly lost time into a monthly figure using 52 weeks across 12 months. The annual figure is the sum of those three monthly estimates multiplied by 12.
Questions about the calculator
Is this a revenue forecast?
No. It is a planning estimate based only on the assumptions you enter. It does not predict sales, margin or the result of adopting Taskr.
Why include only part of the unfollowed quote value?
Not every quote can or should be won. The recoverable-rate input lets you use a conservative share instead of treating the whole quote pipeline as lost revenue.
Does the calculator send my figures to Taskr?
No. The calculation runs in your browser. If you book a workflow review, you choose what context to share with the Taskr team.
