1. Acceptance

By creating a Taskr account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Taskr.

2. Subscription and billing

During the beta period, Taskr is free to use. When we launch paid plans, pricing will be in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. We will provide advance notice before any billing begins.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Taskr only for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the platform, or upload content that violates any law or third-party rights.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Taskr. We will not access your data except to provide the service, resolve support issues, or comply with legal obligations.

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
