How do I add a new team member?
Go to Settings → Team and click Invite. Enter their email and assign a role.
Can I import my existing jobs and customers?
Yes. Go to Settings → Import and upload a CSV. We support imports from ServiceM8, Tradify, and generic formats.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. We run automated daily backups stored in Australian data centres with 30-day retention.
